Members send us the clothes that they've fallen out of love with or that aren't their current size, and swap them for clothes they want to wear now. SwapCoin ensures they get equal value for the clothes they swap.

• We send new members a welcome kit to get started, which includes a bag and a pre-paid mailing label.
• They fill their bag with women's clothes and fashion jewelry, and kid's clothing and accessories, and send it to us. We accept all brands!
• We give them SwapCoin for their items. SwapCoin keeps things fair.
• Members spend their SwapCoin to get pre-loved (and sometimes new-with-tags!) clothes of equal value.
• Everything ordered from our site costs $5.99 + SwapCoin.
